What ID is required?

We require a valid, government-issued photo identification matching the name on your reservation file for all equipment pickups.

How do deposits work?

A temporary authorization hold is placed on your credit card at the time of pickup. This hold is fully released once the tools are returned in good condition.

Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely. If your project runs long, simply contact our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time to arrange an extension.
